Just returned from the PPMA Annual Convention in Birmingham. I hung 6 prints in the print display and received first place in the portrait of a Bride and Groom. I also received a gold bar
for service to the association. The following are the images which I entered in the print competition. The guest speakers who are great photographers and run successful photography studios were Jim Lersch who specializes in commercial and senior photography from Branson, Missouri, Kevin Jairij and Alycia Alvarez who specialize in wedding and maternity photography from Dallas, Texas, Richard Ramsey who specializes in photographic painting from Tennessee,
Julianne Jonker who specializes in photographic portraiture as an art form from Minnesota,
and Stephanie Deveau who specializes in newborn photography from Bakersfield, California.
